Cross Campus Project
The Cross Campus project is the final project for Nance Rosen's Global Marketing Strategy class @ UCLAX in Spring 2017.
The goal for this project is to create a final presentation along with the Marketing Plan & Executive Summary, which includes the Targeted Entry Market analysis, Competition analysis, PEST, Key Market Attractiveness, Key Success Factors, USP, Lucrative Segments, Strategic Marketing Goals, Positioning, Innovations and Marketing Mix Strategy.
This project is quite challenging and I had fun. I have created a fictional app for Cross Campus in the Innovations. A mock up for bus and subway ad, posters and social media profiles.
